Distilled at one of the youngest distilleries in Japan, this expression is the 2021 release of the London edition which was created to celebrate great cities in the world. It has been created using seven casks which includes mostly ex-bourbon barrels, four of which previously contained peated whisky. They were each matured for more than five years before being bottled at 51.5% abv.
The 2021 installment of the Chichibu London Edition series. All individually numbered bottles with an out-turn of only 1,859 released. London Edition 2021 has been created from seven casks of whisky aged for over 5 years. Most are first-fill ex-bourbon barrels; some previously contained peated whisky. These bottles have been imported by Speciality Drinks, London, and were produced and bottled by Venture Whisky Ltd in Japan.
