Bottled by Edinburgh-based whisky blenders Compass Box, this release focuses on marrying together "wilder" whiskies from across Scotland. This expression blends together whiskies from Mortlach, Deanston, Glen Elgin ,Laphroaig, and with some of Compass Box's own Highland malt blend. With a limited release of 7,741 bottles, this expression has been bottled free from chill-filtration at a strength of 46% abv.
A bold, meaty blended malt whisky from blender and bottler Compass Box, Menagerie is made with a combination of whiskies from Mortlach, Glen Elgin and Deanston distilleries, as well as a blend of Highland malt whiskies.
