Wait is finally over for the much-anticipated Daftmill 2010 Winter Batch, a batch of 25 first fill ex-bourbon barrels filled in November and December 2010 which was distilled from barley harvested in August 2009. This batch was bottled without colouring or chill filtration yielding
6550 bottles of this Winter Batch 2010 Daftmill at standard 46% strength. Highly sought after bottle which is expected to sell out quickly.
About Daftmill
They are a small, new distillery with a very limited whisky and therefore often sells out very quickly once released. Their first release was the 2005 Inaugaural Release – a very limited edition of just 629 bottles, a 12-year old released in June 2018. This was followed by our 2006 Summer (1665 bottles), 2006 Winter for the UK market (1625 bottles) and 2006 Winter for export (1265 bottles). Since then, they've released a number of bottlings for both our Summer and Winter seasons, as well as some single casks for their friends and partners. Most recently, they’ve brought out a first age statement release, a cask strength 15-year-old. Visit their releases page for details of most of our releases to date. Going forward, they hope to keep you up to date with any future releases, though it’s hard to give definitive dates for when these might be coming out.
