Distilled at Macallan in Speyside, this is the second in a series of annual releases which has been inspired by the world of music. Matured for an undisclosed length of time in sherry seasoned American oak, sherry casks and ex-bourbon casks before being bottled at 40% abv.
Macallan is known for its collaboration in various fields like art, culture and its second release is the Concept 2 in the Concept Series which marries music and whisky - two of the passions of The Macallan Whisky Maker, Steve Bremner who believe it or not is an avid house music DJ.
