A Sensory Exploration

This unique single malt draws its inspiration from the Ethiopian Arabica bean, as Ethiopia is hailed as the birthplace of coffee, with Arabica being the pioneering coffee species cultivated there.

With its unmistakable coffee essence, this whisky resonates with espresso notes, dark chocolate undertones, and a touch of sweet oak. The intensely flavourful single malt invites you to embark on a sensorial expedition, immersing yourself in a world of taste and aroma.

The Creative Process

The Harmony Collection is a limited annual release series born from our innate curiosity and our commitment to innovation and creativity. Steven Bremner, The Macallan's Whisky Maker, hosted a masterclass alongside globally renowned coffee experts, delving into the coffee journey from field to cup.

The second release in the Harmony Collection comes encased in a thoughtfully designed gift box crafted from repurposed and recycled materials. This packaging showcases our dedication to sustainability, as it breathes new life into coffee bean husks, a by-product of coffee production that might have otherwise gone to waste.

Inspired by the craftsmanship and essential ingredients, we chose the colour red for the packaging to mirror the deep red hue of the coffee fruit, adding a visually captivating touch to this exceptional whisky experience.
