Bimber Klub Release No. 7 - Committee Release

We're delighted to introduce Bimber Klub Release No. 7, crafted exclusively for our members. A superbly balanced marriage of ex-bourbon and exceptional Spanish Rioja wine casks. This release brings together the character of our whisky with the rich influence of red wine.

Rioja is one of Spain's most historic wine regions, with a winemaking tradition stretching back centuries. Its wines are renowned for their distinctive balance of ripe fruit, warming spice and oak. The ex-Rioja casks bring depth, richness and vibrant fruit character to the whisky, while the ex-bourbon casks contribute notes of vanilla, caramel and gentle sweetness. Married together, they create a beautifully balanced and characterful whisky.

Bimber Klub has always been about more than whisky. It's about the people we share it with - a community brought together by a shared passion for great whisky.

And with this exceptional new release, we're doing something we've never done before. For the first time, we're inviting you to become part of the bottle design and to personalise your individual bottle with a name of your choice.

This is a strictly limited release — once this allocation is gone, it's gone. Each bottle represents a rare moment in our distillery's story, available only to Klub members who recognise the value of exclusivity and craft. Owning Release No. 7 means securing a piece of Bimber history, a whisky that embodies our evolving mastery and our commitment to our community. Don't miss the chance to claim yours while stocks remain.
