Crafted by Master Distiller Billy Walker — a visionary with over 53 years in the whisky industry — Sinteis Part III pushes the boundaries of what Speyside whisky can be. The French Limousin oak, sourced from the forests of central France and prized for its wide grain structure, brings bold intensity, while the Oloroso sherry casks deliver the rich, warming depth that GlenAllachie fans know and love.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Vibrant aromas of orange zest, nutmeg, and dried orchard fruits, layered with honeycomb, maraschino cherries, mocha, and crystallised brown sugar.

Palate: Indulgent waves of heather honey, spiced orange, and baked apple, followed by winter truffle, muscovado sugar, and warming cinnamon.

Finish: Long and satisfying, with lingering notes of hazelnuts and mocha.
